Merchants may not use our services for activities that are illegal, high-risk, or restricted under State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), or other applicable regulations. If we detect such use, accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.

The following categories are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, unlicensed financial services

• Virtual currencies, crypto exchanges, ICOs, NFTs, or digital tokens not approved by SBP

• Gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, or sports betting platforms

• Adult content, pornography, escort services, or sexual products/services

• Drugs, narcotics, CBD/hemp, or controlled substances (unless legally licensed in Pakistan)

• Weapons, arms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks

• Counterfeit goods, pirated software, or intellectual property infringement

• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, MLMs (multi-level marketing) without SECP approval

• Unlicensed forex trading, binary options, or high-risk financial speculation

• Fake documents, identity fraud, or blacklisted services under PECA

The following may be allowed with prior approval and compliance review:

• Charities, NGOs, and donations (must be registered and SECP/SBP compliant)

• Travel agencies, ticketing platforms (IATA/SECP registration required)

• Digital content platforms (apps, streaming, gaming) subject to licensing laws

• Educational services, EdTech, or fee collection (registered institutions only)

• Utility bill payments, fintech wallets (must integrate through licensed partners)

Prime Pay operates under Forever Digital (PVT) Ltd and partners with licensed financial institutions. All merchants must pass Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) checks. Violations of this policy may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities (SBP, FIA, SECP).
