Yes. Individuals, freelancers, sole proprietors, and companies can register, subject to SBP KYC requirements and verification by our partner banks.
No setup fee or hidden monthly charges. Only a one-time annual account maintenance fee (PKR 5,000) and standard per-transaction charges apply.
Yes. High-volume merchants benefit from custom pricing and reduced transaction fees, negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Currently, PKR is supported for domestic transactions. For cross-border payments, customers can pay in USD, GBP, EUR, or AED, but settlements to merchants will only be made in PKR (subject to partner bank approval).
We use bank-grade encryption, fraud monitoring, and do not store card details. All sensitive cardholder data is processed by our PCI DSS compliant partners.
Yes. International cards such as VISA and MasterCard are supported via our acquiring partners, subject to compliance approval.
Customers can pay using debit/credit cards, Raast bank transfers, mobile wallets, and other digital channels supported by our partner banks.
Yes. You can send customers payment links or invoices via email, WhatsApp, or SMS to collect payments without having a website or app.
Not at the moment. Recurring billing and subscription management are on our product roadmap and may be introduced in the future.
Refunds can be initiated from your merchant dashboard or via API. Funds are reversed back to the customer’s original payment method, subject to bank timelines.
Yes. QR code payments are supported for all customers through Raast and partner bank integrations. Wallet payments are also available through our supported e-wallet partners.
