Prime Pay offers limited services to individuals under 18 years of age through supervised child or teen accounts. These accounts are designed for users below the legal age of majority and are subject to the following conditions:

a. Parental or Guardian Consent

• A child account can only be created by, or with the verifiable consent of, a parent or legal guardian.

• The supervising adult retains full control over the child’s account settings, visibility, and spending permissions.

b. What Data We Collect from Minors

For child/teen account holders, we may collect:

• Name, date of birth, gender

• Contact details (if applicable), government ID (if required by regulation)

• Transaction history, usage logs, device information

• Parent/guardian contact and verification data

We minimize data collection for minors and avoid unnecessary use of behavioral tracking, profiling, or third-party marketing.

c. Use and Protection of Minor Data

• Minor accounts are used solely to provide services approved by the supervising adult.

• We apply heightened security, content filtering (where applicable), and prevent account-to-account messaging without adult oversight.

d. Rights of the Parent or Guardian

• Parents/legal guardians can review, modify, restrict, or delete a child’s data at any time by contacting privacy@primepay.pk.
